Scope

Wholestone Farms in Fremont, NE. expanded their facility by adding a new cut floor. Millennium Concrete completed all footings and foundation walls for the project. Due to the poor soils on site, all foundations were over-excavated, formed, and placed on import material. The cut floor addition totaled 161,000 SF of floor slab sloping to area drains, 33,000 SF of slab on deck, 6,260 LF of interior concrete curb, and 40,000 SF of exterior concrete paving. Millennium Concrete was able to convert the original slab design to a Ductilcrete slab system eliminating all rebar reinforcing saving both time and money for the project.
