Scope

Millennium Concrete started construction in late 2022 placing all footings, foundation walls, and piers for the building’s foundation during the winter months. Target Distribution Center totaled 523,000 SF which includes 108,000 SF of freezer slab, 415,000 SF of slab on grade for warehouse and dock areas, and 4,070 LF of interior concrete curb. Millennium was able to convert the 7” rebar reinforced slab design to a 6” Ductilcrete slab system. In addition to the building concrete, we also placed 271,000 SF of exterior concrete for dock aprons, dolly pads, and sidewalks.
