Scope

Cloverleaf Cold Storage expanded its facility by adding a 107,000 SF freezer and dock. Millennium Concrete completed all footings, foundation, cast-in-place walls, dock, and freezer slab for the addition. The expansion utilized 8” Ductilcrete for the dock and freezer floor slabs.
