Scope

Standard Meat Company renovated their entire facility in Fort Worth, TX. incorporating a mobile racking system in their new design. Due to the expansive soils, Millennium Concrete placed all new foundation concrete and the floor slabs below the mobile racking on 12” void form. The mobile racking system requires guide rails to be cast into the slab with precise flatness and levelness to ensure the racks move properly. The mobile racking area and new dock totaled 46,000 SF. The remaining space in the facility consisted of 89,000 SF of floor slab sloping to area drains and 5,400 LF of interior curb.
